报告摘要：

In a point of a Riemann surface, local invariants of a meromorphic quadratic differential are the order of the singularity and the quadratic residue (in the case of poles of even order). Drawing on the interpretation in terms of half-translation structures, we introduce a canonical decomposition of the underlying surface into a core and several polar domains. As an application, we will give the list of obstructions to the realization of a configuration of residues by a quadratic differential belonging to a given stratum of differentials with prescribed orders of singularities.
