Title: Geometry and topology behind linear ODEs

Abstract: This is the preliminary setting for the two lectures. In this  first lecture, we will introduce the Stokes phenomenon by studying the  asymptotic expansion of certain second-order linear ODEs. Then, we will investigate the geometry (meromorphic connections) and topology (Stokes  local systems) behind them.
